Hello, my name is Mrs. Rodriguez. I am the Full Day/Full year Teacher/Site Supervisor at the Palermo Preschool Program. I have been in the Early Childhood field since 2002. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked for the Palermo Union Elementary School District for 23 years.  I am committed to providing children and their families a safe, loving and developmentally appropriate environment to learn and grow. I believe a solid early start to education builds a foundation for a lifetime of learning success.  I am dedicated to nurturing young minds through play because a child's natural curiosity is the most powerful tool for learning.  I strive to create and maintain an environment where your child can learn and grow while exploring the world around them. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I look forward to partnering with parents to make their child's first educational experience fun and exciting!

Hi- I am Ms. Rosalba Juarez. I am the Full day/Full Year Instructional Aide in Rm 29 at Palermo preschool. I started my career in Migrant Head start in 1997. I worked there until 2013 when I started here at Palermo Preschool. I have 15 Early Childhood units and this year I received my Associate Teacher permit. I am bi-lingual and I love working with the children and families at Palermo. Being a Bilingual educator has been a very rewarding experience. The students are full of curiosity and a willingness to learn new things. I am glad to be a part of the Palermo School District where I can provide children opportunities to grow and explore.

Hello, my name is Kristyn Marquez. I am the afternoon aide in Mrs. Rodriguez’s classroom. I have a Child Development Associate Teacher Permit and 7 years experience working with children in various educational settings. I have worked with Palermo Union School District since 2022. I am blessed to have a job that I love deeply and the opportunity to play a small part in our future generation’s early learning journey. My goal is to ensure that the first educational experiences are filled with joy, wonder, and a sense of accomplishment laying a strong foundation for their lifelong learning.
