Getting Started
To get started, please print and fill out the application below, and deliver it to the Palermo Union Elementary School District Office, located at 7390 Bulldog Way, Palermo. Or you are welcome to complete a Preschool Eligibility Application in the District Office.
Once you've completed and returned the form, our Enrollment Specialist will review it and then reach out to you to set up an appointment for the remaining paperwork.
