| | PalermoUnionSchool District Donations The Palermo Union School District Governing Board may accept bequests or gifts of money or property on behalf of the district. The district will direct your donation as you request either by school site or district-wide. Monetary Donations: Monetary donations may be designated for a particular school, or for district-wide use. If designated to a particular school, the school site will determine use of donated funds. If designated for district-wide use, donated funds will be used for student-related programs or activities district-wide. Paying by Check: Please make checks payable to Palermo Union School District and mail or bring in with this form to the address below. Mailing Address: PalermoUnionSchool District, 7390 Bulldog Way, Palermo, CA95968 Condition of donated item(s): While greatly appreciating suitable donations, the Board will not accept any gifts which are not in a useable condition and may directly or indirectly impair its commitment to providing equal educational opportunities for all district students (BP 3290). Computers must be in good working condition or require only minimal support from the district technology staff to repair or service the equipment and be compatible with equipment currently in use Playground equipment must meet safety standards Item(s) requiring maintenance or any repairs, must be verified by district maintenance personnel that maintenance services can be provided by the district Books and instructional material shall be accepted only if the item(s) meet district criteria Your donation to the PalermoUnionSchool District is tax deductible.
